Women kept as slaves on human egg farm in Georgia
Around 100 Thai women were enslaved on a human egg farm in Georgia, treated like cattle, and forced to sell their eggs. One victim said they were lured in by fake surrogacy job offers on Facebook, injected with hormones, sedated, and had their eggs extracted by machine. Some faked illness to avoid the procedure. Their passports were taken and told they’d be arrested back home. Investigations continue.
